The Crisis Residential Association is open to providers, payers, behavioral health administrators, and advocates of behavioral health crisis residential services. While these services go by many different names, they function as a diversion or stepdown from inpatient psychiatric care.

The CRA lived experience/student membership for individuals is intended for students and those with lived experience wishing to become a CRA member and utilize benefits to enhance or support Crisis Residential Services at a non-organizational level. Those with a lived experience/student membership agree not to share member benefits with any organization, agency, or company.

The CRA membership for individuals is intended for anyone wishing to become a CRA member and utilize benefits to enhance or support Crisis Residential Services at a non-organizational level. Those with individual memberships agree not to share member benefits with any organization, agency, or company.
The CRA membership for organizations is intended for any organization, agency, or company that wishes to become a CRA member and utilize benefits to enhance or support Crisis Residential Services. The initial membership gives direct access for up to 5 people within the organization. Additional members can be added to an organization membership for a fee.
